The Leadership Assessment uses the SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32r), a well-established psychometric assessment that explores your preferred ways of working across 32 dimensions, including how you interact with others, approach problems and respond to workplace pressures.

Your results are mapped against leadership competencies commonly considered when selecting people leaders, helping you identify where your natural preferences may support your leadership ambitions and where you might benefit from further development.

The Product Leadership Leap is a live, online interactive professional development course for experienced Senior and Principal Product Managers who want to move into their first people leadership role but keep getting overlooked.

There are plenty of courses that teach you how to be a Product leader. This one focuses on helping you get chosen for that first leadership opportunity.

If you've been told to "be more strategic", "increase your visibility" or "demonstrate more leadership experience", but haven't been given much practical guidance on how, this course is for you.

Across two x2.5-hour live group sessions, we'll explore what it takes to get noticed, considered and selected for people leadership roles, including the unwritten rules that influence career progression.

• Understand what's holding you back: Unpack the feedback you've received and identify what might be preventing you from progressing.

• Make your impact visible: Learn how to communicate your achievements and demonstrate your leadership potential beyond your day-to-day Product responsibilities.

• Build influence and relationships: Understand how stakeholder relationships, sponsorship and organisational dynamics influence leadership opportunities.

• Create your plan: Identify practical actions you can take to strengthen your positioning for your next leadership opportunity.

You'll work through practical exercises, hear different perspectives from people who've made the leap and those involved in leadership selection, and leave with tools you can continue using beyond the course.
