Terms & Conditions: The Product Leadership Leap

Welcome to The Product Leadership Leap (the "Program"), operated by Bexlane Advisory Pty Ltd (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By registering your interest, purchasing a ticket, or participating in the Program, you (the "Participant", "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Structure, Delivery, and Technical Limitations

1.1 The Program consists of 2x 2.5-hour virtual live group sessions held one week apart. The Program is delivered entirely online via third-party video conferencing software. Cohorts are scheduled according to Australian Eastern Time (AEST/AEDT). Because the curriculum is built around Australian workplace dynamics and corporate cultural norms, the content is optimised specifically for product management professionals operating within the Australian market.

1.2 We reserve the right to alter or reschedule session dates, times, or platforms due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel or reschedule a session, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative date.

1.3 If we cancel the Program entirely and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, participants will receive a refund of the affected Program fees, subject to any component already delivered and any non-recoverable third-party assessment costs or ticket platform fees, and subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1.4 We take no responsibility for data interruptions, local internet dropouts, or platform-wide outages experienced by the Participant. In the event of a critical technical failure on our end, a make-up session will be scheduled at no additional cost.

2. Fees, Pricing, and GST

2.1 All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD). In accordance with Australian tax law, fees are subject to an additional 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be clearly itemised at checkout via our ticketing platform.

2.2 The introductory pilot cohort offer is priced at $750 + GST. The standard price is $1,250 + GST.

2.3 The optional Expert Leadership Psychometrics add-on is $650 + GST. The total bundled investment for both the course and the psychometric profile is $1,400 + GST.

3. Refund, Cancellation, and Attendance Policy

3.1 Change of Mind: Please double and triple-check your schedule before purchasing. Due to the capped nature of the cohort (maximum 12 participants) and that minimum numbers are required to run each cohort, no refunds will be issued for a change of mind.

3.2 Exceptional Circumstances & Non-Attendance: Life happens. If an exceptional circumstance prevents you from attending a live session, we will make reasonable efforts to move you to an alternative cohort time, subject strictly to seat availability. However, we cannot offer partial or full refunds for missed sessions or non-attendance.

3.3 Psychometrics Non-Refundability: Refunds are strictly unavailable for the Expert Leadership Psychometrics add-on under any circumstances. Upon registration, questionnaire, report, and setup costs are immediately paid to a third-party vendor (SHL) and cannot be clawed back.

3.4 Course Cancellation & Psychometrics Safety Net: A minimum of 4 participants is required for a cohort to run. If a cohort is cancelled by us due to low enrolment under Clause 1.3, you will receive a 100% full refund for the core program fee ($750 + GST). However, if you purchased the psychometric add-on, we can still complete the psychometric assessment component and your private 1:1 debrief session, as scheduled.

3.5 Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a performance-based guarantee for the core program. To be eligible to claim a refund under this guarantee, you must strictly meet all of the following criteria:

  • You must have attended both live virtual sessions in full (no partial attendance or late arrivals).

  • You must have fully completed all required core activities and actions assigned between the classes.

  • You must submit a formal request via email to bec@bexlane.com within two (2) days of your final cohort session concluding, explicitly stating how the Program failed to deliver on its clearly defined, identifiable syllabus objectives as outlined on the landing page.

  • Note: The money-back guarantee applies only to the core Program fee ($750 + GST) and does not apply under any circumstances to the Expert Leadership Psychometrics add-on ($650 + GST) due to external vendor costs.

3.6 Ticketing Platform Fees: In the event of a full refund issued under Clause 3.4 or Clause 3.5, the refund will be processed via our ticketing platform. Please note that the platform’s processing and ticketing fees are subject to the ticketing platform’s own platform terms and may be non-refundable depending on their platform policy.

4. Expert Leadership Psychometrics Expiry & Forfeiture

4.1 If you purchase the Expert Leadership Psychometrics add-on, your 1:1 private debrief session with Bec must be fully completed before 15 December 2026, after which the session token expires and is permanently lost.

4.2 Because these sessions are scheduled individually, if you fail to attend a confirmed, scheduled 1:1 debrief session twice (2 times) without providing 24 hours' notice, the debrief component is automatically forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Ticket Transferability

5.1 You may transfer your ticket to another person before the course start date, provided you notify us in writing and the substitute participant strictly meets the following entry criteria:

  • They are currently employed at a company.

  • They are currently working as a Senior Product Manager or Principal Product Manager.

  • They actively aspire to be promoted into a people leadership role.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse a ticket transfer if the substitute participant does not meet these criteria.

6. Intellectual Property and Recording Policy

6.1 All course materials, frameworks, slide decks, and digital tools provided during the Program remain the sole intellectual property of Bexlane Advisory Pty Ltd. No material may be reproduced, shared, sold, or distributed without explicit written permission.

6.2 Recording Policy: While the classes will be recorded for quality purposes, they will not be made available to participants. This is to protect the psychological safety of the environment and encourage everyone to feel comfortable sharing openly, freely, and comfortably, knowing only the people in the room are privy to the conversation.

7. Confidentiality, Behaviour, and Data Protection

7.1 Peer Confidentiality: You explicitly agree not to disclose, share, or publish any confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information provided by another participant during the live sessions or within program channels without their explicit verbal or written permission.

7.2 Participant Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to engage respectfully, constructively, and professionally at all times. We reserve the right to remove a participant from the live sessions and the Program immediately, without a refund, if their conduct is seriously disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or materially breaches another participant's confidentiality.

7.3 Data Protection & Psychometric Assessments: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you purchase the Expert Leadership Psychometrics add-on, relevant personal information will be shared with our psychometric assessment provider, SHL, as necessary to administer the assessment and generate your reports. Bexlane will not disclose your individual OPQ32r results to your employer, manager, other participants, or other third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or reasonably necessary to administer and securely provide the assessment.

8. Limitation around Advice

8.1 The Program provides professional development, education, and executive coaching only. It does not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or formal employment/legal advice.

8.2 Participants remain entirely responsible for the independent choices, decisions, and strategies they execute in relation to their own career path, workplace actions, and professional relationships.

9. Governing Law and Statutory Rights

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which cannot be legally excluded or limited by agreement.
